Controlled access with QR is the system that validates entries through unique codes at the door. Each QR is associated with an order; when scanned, the system marks usage, prevents duplicates, and reflects real-time capacity. It can be configured as a one-time use or allow re-entry under time or sector rules. The control app usually works offline with deferred synchronization, useful in venues with irregular connectivity. Scan records generate metrics on peak entry times, waiting times, and no shows. A clear validation policy streamlines queues and reduces operational fraud.
