Accreditations

Accreditations are the process by which the organizer verifies identity and enables the admission of attendees, guests, or press before accessing the event. In modern ticketing, they are managed from the panel with lists by role (artists, staff, VIP), time slot, and access rules. Each registration is linked to a unique ticket or QR code, which speeds up credential delivery and reduces errors at the gate. They usually include online pre-check-in, e-ticket forwarding, and offline fallback if the internet cuts out. At the end, the system exports logs of accredited and no-shows for audit and attendance reports.
