Bordereaux

The bordero (or borderaux) is the ticket settlement sheet that summarizes income and expenses per function or event. It details gross revenue by payment method, charges and commissions, taxes/withholdings, operating costs, and participation of venue, producer, and casts. It also records invitations, courtesies, and refunds, leaving the net to distribute. In digital environments, it is generated at the close with traceable data: issued sales, validated tickets, no shows, and reconciliation with approved payments. It is used for third-party payments and auditing, and often attaches receipts or references for transparent reporting to artistic teams and administration.
