
Refund Policy
Section 1 - General Policy
No refunds, credits, or ticket exchanges will be made under any circumstances, even if the event is postponed and awaiting a new date. Fanz's fees are always non-refundable.
Section 2 - Canceled or Postponed Events
The organizer is solely responsible for announcing cancellations, rescheduling, and new times.
The organizer decides whether to offer refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Fanz will process the refund only upon receiving written instruction from the organizer.
The refund covers only the face value of the ticket; Fanz's fees are not refunded.
Section 3 - Refund Timeframes and Method
Once authorized, the refund is credited to the card used for purchase.
Estimated timeframe: up to 10 business days, depending on the issuing bank. Confirmation will be sent by email.
Section 4 - Non-refundable Fees
Fanz's commissions, processing fees, and service charges are non-refundable in any case.
Section 5 - Additional Terms
The Fanz Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases, unless the organizer publishes their own refund policy at the time of sale. Such terms only replace the refund section and never transfer payment responsibility to Fanz.
